Kefir is a fermented milk drink similar to a thin yogurt that is made from kefir grains, a specific type of mesophilic symbiotic culture.

Non-dairy is the best for your pet. So use coconut kefir or goat milk kefir.

For small dogs – 1 Tbsp per day, medium dogs – 2 Tbsp per day, large dogs – 3 Tbsp per day.

Give them whole to your dog  or you can grind them into a fine powder and add to your dog’s food.

Combine 1 tsp with a healthy oil (coconut oil). Create a paste to feed your pup.

14. Chamomile

Chamomile tincture works best for these purposes.

Give 1 tsp per 20 lbs of body weight daily.

Bone broth helps build a healthy digestive system. That helps expel parasites by boosting your dog’s immune system.
